I dont care for water much so I add those lttle individual packets of flavoring,like rasberry or lemonade,also it gets your kids to drink lots of water also. you just our it in a bottled water,shake and instant juice its great.hope this helps for people who dont like water like me.

I would ask my neighbors and friends and hope they would do the same that when I go grocery shopping if they wanted to write up a list of items they may need so that they would not have to spend the extra cash on gas . And If they needed something from somewhere else I would ask that of them also Because it is so hard now days to get any help from any one if you need it. I would also ask them if they needed their tash taken to the dump when I take mine too…….

if you live close enough to a store, and only need a few thing, walk to the store and save gas and polluting the air with the fums from the car. and also save money on gas. I dot his all the time and have save a bundle on gas.

Here are a few tips to survive this struggling economy:

1. Travel less as much as possible to avoid spending on high gas prices
2. If you must shop, shop at the dollar stores or outlets and only buy what you really need.
3. Try not to eat out as much and make it rule to only treat yourself or your family to once or twice a month.
4. The money that you would normally spend on shopping, eating out, travling, etc., put in piggy bank or your bank account and make sure to give yourself a set amount of allowance for spending.
This is not the first and last time our econmy is going to suffer, it’s up to us to show that we can manage and be strong through these times of struggles. Keep faith and beleive it is going to get better.
