Happy National Man Day!

So apparently today is National Man Day, a day devoted to getting in touch with your manly side, by doing manly things. So far it’s not a national holiday or anything and I haven’t seen any Hallmark cards marking the event, but it’s definitely real. The whole thing comes from an idea by two Indiana brothers, Joel and Aaron Longanecker, to mark a day on the calendar for hunting, playing football, drinking beer and grilling various meats on the barbecue. For men, it seems like a good excuse to spend a couple hours in our online casino. And for women, playing a few games might be the perfect escape from all those men running around grunting and grilling.

The brothers who started it all have set up a Facebook page to raise interest in National Man Day. So far they’ve got about 3,600 members signed up. That may not be enough of a groundswell of support to convince various governments to make it a stat holiday or anything, but it’s a good start.
