If you made a withdrawal of $200 or less and you didn’t claim a match bonus, you’ll qualify for Express Approval. You’ll also qualify if the last match bonus you used before requesting your withdrawal is worth 100% or less.
We’ll then fast track your request and review and approve it in 3 business days (or deny it should the circumstances warrant that).
If you used a bonus valued at 100% before making your withdrawal, we’ll move your withdrawal request to the Standard Approval queue. It’ll also head there if your withdrawal amount is more than $200, or if your winnings come from a No Deposit Bonus.
