The first time I ever saw a real slot-machine was at Harrah’s at Lake Tahoe. I was 17 years old (don’t try this at home kids) and I was there with my parents. Because I was the gambling equivalent of jail-bait, my parents did the responsible thing – they said “go ahead and play, but if you win a big jackpot, call one of us over before the attendant shows up and I.D.s you.” And so my love of slots was born.

The reason I bore you with that story is this: the thing I love most about the online slot machine Triple 7 Inferno is that it has a classic slot vibe that will remind you of your first time. The graphics and the way the game is played are perfectly designed to make you feel like you’re sitting in a nice, smoky casino on a busy Friday night. Triple 7 Inferno is one of a series of games called our “Three Reel Classics” that all have that old-school style.

The gameplay is nice and straight-forward. Now I love those 20-line slots with all the funky bonus rounds and princesses and pirates and pirates riding unicorns and all that crap. But sometimes I’m in the mood for something a bit less…complicated. Twenty lines? Wild symbols? Scatter symbols? That’s great and all, but what’s wrong with the idea of winning when you hit 3 of the same symbol on a line? And even better, in this game you can hit three flaming 7’s and take down a big, ol’ progressive jackpot. Which you can then use to buy yourself a ride on a unicorn, if you feel you’re missing out.

In short, I really liked this game because I’m old and easily confused. But even if you’re neither of those things, you should give it a shot. It’s classic, timeless and could win you a big-ass pile of money.

Play Triple 7 Inferno. Or don’t. It’s your choice. I’m not your Mom.
