Earlier this week, I wrote an article explaining how to play the increasingly popular online casino game, Let Em Ride. However, I left out the perfect strategy to dominate this casino game (I love to leave people in suspense!). Well, the long two day wait is over! Follow the strategy below, and you will make perfect Let Em Ride bets every time.
Perfect Let Em Ride Strategy
As I explained in the How to Play Let Em Ride Guide, you only need to make one simple decision to be successful in this game- “to raise or not to raise?”
This question comes up at two points in the game- when you have 3 cards and when you have 4 cards. To play perfect Let Em Ride strategy, simply click “raise” in the following situations, and “continue” in every other situation.
Let Em Ride Strategy: 3 Cards
Raise when you have:
- Any hand that’s in the money (a pair of tens or better, or 3 of a kind).
- Three cards that are part of a potential royal flush (EG 10 of hearts, Queen of Hearts, Ace of Hearts).
- Any 3 cards in a row of the same suit (with the exception of a 2-3-4, or an ace-2-3).
- Any 3 cards that would be part of a straight flush, over a 4 card spread, with at least one money card (a ten or higher).
- Any 3 cards that would be part of a straight flush, over a 5 card spread, with at least two money cards (a ten or higher).
Let Em Ride Strategy: 4 Cards
Raise when you have:
- Any hand that’s in the money (a pair of tens or better, or 3 of a kind, or two pairs).
- Any four cards that are part of a potential flush.
- Any four cards that are part of a potential royal flush.
- Any four cards that are part of a potential straight flush.
- Any four cards that make an outside straight draw with at least one money card.
Also, you can raise with the following hands if you want to be aggressive. Raising on these hands is an even 50/50 bet:
- Any four cards that make an outside straight draw, none of which are money cards.
- Any four cards that make an inside straight draw, all of which are high cards.
Let Em Ride Strategy Glossary:
- 4 Card Spread: 3 cards spread over a 4 value span. EG a 3, 4, 6 would be 3 cards over a 4 value span.
- 5 Card Spread: 3 or 4 cards over a 5 value span. EG 3, 4, 6, 7 would be 4 cards over a 5 value span.
- Money Card: A 10 or above. It is called a money card because a pair of 10’s or above is a winner.
- In the Money: A hand that will pay out the player. In Let Em Ride, all hands of a pair of 10’s or above is considered “In the Money”.
If you follow this casino game strategy outlined above exactly, the house edge of Let Em Ride Poker is only 3.5%.
